Shipping & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at www.fabrichub.online. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our customer-friendly exchange policy.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions apply:

  • The customer must fill the exchange form included with the shipment and send it back along with the product to Fabric Hub headquarters.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging in which it was delivered.

  • The original receipt/invoice must be included when sending the product back.

Note:
If the product is delivered via courier (e.g., TCS, Leopard Couriers), please note that courier staff do not allow customers to open parcels upon delivery and do not accept returns on the spot. If you notice any issue with the product after delivery, you have 7 days to initiate an exchange request.

How to Claim an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, the customer must:

  • Inform Fabric Hub within 7 working days after delivery about their intention to return or exchange the item.

  • Complete and send the Returns and Exchange Form provided.

  • Bear the cost of returning the item to Fabric Hub headquarters.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Once the returned item reaches Fabric Hub, it will be inspected within 48 working hours. The customer will be notified via call or email about the approval or disapproval of the exchange request.

  • If the return conditions are not met, the claim cannot be approved. The product will be sent back to the customer, and delivery charges will apply.

  • If no exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery, the opportunity for exchange will no longer be available.
